Now that the election is over and I can think again…
I have been asked to provide music for a birthday party this weekend.
It is for a tangentially work related group of people, for a man in his late 60s. Mostly middle aged to older Montessori teachers, with some younger “hipper” people there too. I’d like to go with some Motown type music, peppered with some sixties stuff and maybe a few more modern songs. Montessori teachers tend toward the hippie personality (though that is changing a little bit), especially the real pioneers, who came of age in the 60s.
I don’t really have a good selection of 50s and 60s music. Is anyone willing to share?
