In the past few weeks I’ve really been feeling discouraged about my fitness. My workouts have been completely derailed and I feel like in the last 2 months I have just undone every good thing I accomplished last year.
I started working out again on Tuesday. Two days, two workouts and hopefully I’ll stay on track.
As I was feeling bad about letting everything fall apart, I realized that I may have had some things going on in my life in the last few months that might have contributed to the fact that all I’ve wanted to do is lay in bed and eat oreos.
Duh. I think it is maybe understandable and I don’t need to beat myself up. I just have to get back on track.
